This is a slightly stronger version of the rocket we know and love in our salad mixes.

| Position | Plant out in sun or partial shade. |

| Soil | It does well in poor soil but isn't likely to live very long in rich soil. It prefers a well-drained site. |
| Planting | Plants can grow to a 1m high and will self-seed. Plant around 30cms apart. You can cut the plant back periodically to encourage new growth of leaves. |
| Harvesting period | Leaves, flowers and stems (when young) can be harvested at any time |
| Edible part of the plant | Use the leaves in salads just like ordinary rocket or sprinkle on pizza. |
