Description

This is a popular edible leaf in its native Korea. It’s attractive to look at with pretty white flowers as well as having culinary uses. This grows to 1m in height when in flower. Plant 50cms apart. This plant prefers a sunny site with moist conditions though doesn’t need a lot of watering once established. The young leaves can be picked in springtime and added to salads. The older leaves can be stir-fried.
